Quick Installation Steps
- Product inspection: Before starting the installation of your product, you or your installer must ensure the product matches the invoice (quantity, color, defect-free model, boxes from the same batch, etc.). No claims will be accepted after the product is installed. An installed product is considered accepted by you.
- Before starting the installation, make sure the ceramic tiles, floor, and room are at room temperature (ideally between 18 °C and 24 °C) for at least 24 hours. A cold tile can affect the adhesion of the cement adhesive, thus compromising proper setting and the durability of the installation. This acclimation period ensures optimal adhesion and avoids problems related to temperature variations.
- Safe handling: Ceramic boxes can be heavy. Handle them carefully to avoid injuries. We recommend carrying the tiles with two people when necessary.
- Preparation and planning: Ensure the installation surface is stable, clean, and dry before starting. Before proceeding with your ceramic installation, make sure the installation surface is suitable for this type of product. For example, when installing on plywood, it must be treated and able to absorb the cement adhesive to ensure optimal adhesion with the tile. Untreated plywood will prevent the cement adhesive from properly penetrating, which could cause the tiles to detach once drying is complete. If needed, surface preparation products, such as Mapei's Eco Prim Grip, can be applied before installation to improve cement adhesive adhesion. Get proper information before undertaking any ceramic installation. We strongly recommend hiring a certified professional to ensure a compliant and durable installation.
- General installation tips: Before installation, lay out a few tiles dry on the floor to visualize the whole and adjust positioning as needed. Respect the recommended joint spacings to ensure a uniform and aesthetic installation. Our porcelain tiles are rectified, allowing the installation of narrower joints, down to 1/16 inch, for a more uniform, modern, and clean look. Some tile models have arrows: these must be followed to maintain the pattern direction and achieve optimal results.
- Finishing: Once the installation is complete, clean the surface with suitable products to highlight the ceramic finish.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that our customer service team does their best to respond to you as quickly as possible. Our agents are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Delivery across Quebec (3–14 business days)
We deliver everywhere in Quebec. Delivery fees start at $150 and vary depending on your delivery address and the quantities ordered. Please note that our delivery fees are offered at a preferential rate for online orders.
In-store Pickup (24–48 business hours)
After placing your order online, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please come to the agreed store address. A staff member will explain the procedure to collect your order safely and efficiently.
Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
In-store returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products must be returned in person to one of our branches within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions
- Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition.
- Boxes must be intact and, where applicable, still strapped (not unbound).
- No returns will be accepted for items that are unpacked, damaged, or used.
- No pickups will be made by our team or by a carrier. Returns must be made exclusively in store by the customer.
Special-order Products
- No refunds on special-order products.
- No refund of deposit on ordered products. However, your deposit may be applied to any new order. If the ordered products have already arrived or are in transit, an exchange fee of 50% as well as transport fees will be deducted from your deposit.
- L’Entrepôt de la Réno does its utmost to provide products within the indicated timeframes (15–20 business days). However, the company disclaims any liability for delays in receiving merchandise or delays affecting your installation work.
In-stock Products
Except for clearance products and lot remainders, returns are accepted without return fees within 30 days from the invoice date, for full, clean boxes only.
- No exchanges or refunds will be accepted on installation products such as adhesive, cement, (etc.) from October 15 to April 15. These types of products are sensitive to freezing.
- No price adjustments after purchase.
- You have up to one month to cancel an order for in-stock products (except for special orders). After this period, you will lose your deposit.
- Storage fees may be charged if the pickup date is exceeded by more than 15 days.
- Prices on an in-store quote are guaranteed for a maximum period of 5 days, assuming the merchandise is still available in our warehouses.
- All bathtubs, sinks, showers, and kitchen sinks are final sales.
- Heating wires and thermostats are final sales.
- A fee of 2% per month, up to a maximum of 24% annually, will be added for any overdue account.
Calculation of Required Quantities
The advisors at L'Entrepôt de la Réno can help the customer calculate the necessary product quantities. However, the customer must provide the measurements of the area to be covered and releases the company from any liability regarding errors in quantity calculations.

Receiving Your Order
When you receive an order, whether by delivery or pickup, you must inspect the products upon receipt. If an item is damaged or does not match the ordered product, do not accept the order and inform us immediately. Once the order is accepted, it is considered complete and compliant, and no exchanges or refunds can be made thereafter.
