Ultracolor Plus FA – with DropEffect ^™ Technology – is a non-efflorescence, non-shrinkage, uniform color, polymer-modified, fast-setting, fine-aggregate, ultra-premium grout for joints up to 1.5 wide mm to 19 mm (1/16" to 3/4"). DropEffect technology reduces surface absorption to help repel water and dirt and prevent it from entering grout joints. Ultracolor Plus FA is specially formulated with MAPEI's Hyperhydration Cement Technology (HCT ^™ ) to eliminate problems commonly associated with Portland cement grouts, such as color unevenness and efflorescence. In addition to offering a higher polymer content, cementitious hyperhydration technology results in reduced absorptivity and improved stain resistance compared to standard grade cementitious grouts.
