The color of the Medium Gray Concrete SPC Vinyl features a balanced and modern concrete gray, darker than pale gray but not dark. It has a slightly warm medium gray base, with subtle cloudy variations typical of polished concrete. The finish is matte, without shiny reflections, giving a sober, elegant, and very contemporary look. The shades are well balanced: neither too cold nor too beige, making it a versatile and timeless tone.
This color is ideal for creating a contemporary, industrial chic, or minimalist decor, and pairs perfectly with white, greige, black walls, as well as materials like light wood, walnut, or metallic accents.
Thanks to its rigid 5.5 mm SPC structure, this flooring is water-resistant, UV-resistant, and perfectly suited for both residential and commercial spaces. It is an excellent alternative to tile, without grout joints or complex installation constraints.
Each tile is equipped with an integrated EVA membrane, ensuring better comfort underfoot and increased soundproofing. The painted V-grooves add depth and realism for a high-end finish. Its double-click floating installation system allows for quick, clean, and efficient installation, ideal for both renovations and new constructions.
EXPERT TIPS
For a flawless result, let the boxes acclimate to room temperature for 48 hours before installation. This SPC vinyl flooring is equipped with an integrated EVA acoustic membrane. No additional membrane is required during installation.
For a clean and precise cut, we recommend using a retractable blade knife (X-Acto or utility). Mark your cut line, firmly score the vinyl surface, then bend the plank to snap it cleanly — the SPC layer will separate easily.

Installation Guide
Quick Installation Steps
Before starting the installation of your product, you or your installer must ensure the product matches the invoice (quantity, color, model, defect-free product, boxes from the same batch, etc.). No claims will be accepted after the product is installed. An installed product is considered accepted by you. Please also make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions and/or recognized industry practices for proper installation. Depending on the location of your project and the type of installation desired, additional checks may be necessary to confirm that the product is suitable for this use.
- Before starting, make sure the floor and the room are at room temperature (ideally between 18 °C and 24 °C) for at least 48 hours. This step allows the material to acclimate and prevents any movement due to expansion.
- Before beginning installation, open a few boxes and lay out the tiles dry to visualize the pattern and color shades. This step ensures a uniform and high-end arrangement, making sure the tile layout highlights the natural details of the finish.
- Make sure the surface is clean, dry, flat, and free of debris.
- Laying the first row: Install the first row of tiles parallel to the wall, leaving a ¼ inch (6 mm) gap between the wall and the planks to allow for expansion. Make sure the row is perfectly straight.
- Make sure the tongue and groove are properly fitted together.
- Position the next row with staggered tile spacing for a regular offset. A staggered layout means offsetting each tile by half.
- For double-click SPC vinyls, you will find tongue and groove on both length and width for tile interlocking. Start by fitting the tile perpendicularly, then slide it to lock the groove on the parallel side.
- Using a mallet, make sure to click the tile in with slight pressure.
- Continue the installation ensuring each tile is properly locked into the previous one, as poor fitting will prevent proper assembly.
- Once the installation is complete, install baseboards or finishing moldings to cover the expansion gap. Avoid fixing the baseboards directly to the floor so as not to hinder its ability to move.

Processing Time

Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Delivery across Quebec (3–14 business days)
We deliver everywhere in Quebec. Delivery fees start at $150 and vary depending on your delivery address and the quantities ordered. Please note that our delivery fees are offered at a preferential rate for online orders.
In-store Pickup (24–48 business hours)
After placing your order online, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please come to the agreed store address. A staff member will explain the procedure to collect your order safely and efficiently.
Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
In-store returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products must be returned in person to one of our branches within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions
- Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition.
- Boxes must be intact and, where applicable, still strapped (not unbound).
- No returns will be accepted for items that are unpacked, damaged, or used.
- No pickups will be made by our team or by a carrier. Returns must be made exclusively in store by the customer.
Special-order Products
- No refunds on special-order products.
- No refund of deposit on ordered products. However, your deposit may be applied to any new order. If the ordered products have already arrived or are in transit, an exchange fee of 50% as well as transport fees will be deducted from your deposit.
- L’Entrepôt de la Réno does its utmost to provide products within the indicated timeframes (15–20 business days). However, the company disclaims any liability for delays in receiving merchandise or delays affecting your installation work.
In-stock Products
Except for clearance products and lot remainders, returns are accepted without return fees within 30 days from the invoice date, for full, clean boxes only.
- No exchanges or refunds will be accepted on installation products such as adhesive, cement, (etc.) from October 15 to April 15. These types of products are sensitive to freezing.
- No price adjustments after purchase.
- You have up to one month to cancel an order for in-stock products (except for special orders). After this period, you will lose your deposit.
- Storage fees may be charged if the pickup date is exceeded by more than 15 days.
- Prices on an in-store quote are guaranteed for a maximum period of 5 days, assuming the merchandise is still available in our warehouses.
- All bathtubs, sinks, showers, and kitchen sinks are final sales.
- Heating wires and thermostats are final sales.
- A fee of 2% per month, up to a maximum of 24% annually, will be added for any overdue account.
Calculation of Required Quantities
The advisors at L'Entrepôt de la Réno can help the customer calculate the necessary product quantities. However, the customer must provide the measurements of the area to be covered and releases the company from any liability regarding errors in quantity calculations.

Receiving Your Order
When you receive an order, whether by delivery or pickup, you must inspect the products upon receipt. If an item is damaged or does not match the ordered product, do not accept the order and inform us immediately. Once the order is accepted, it is considered complete and compliant, and no exchanges or refunds can be made thereafter.
