Installation Guide

Quick Installation Steps

Product inspection: Before starting the installation of your product, you or your installer must ensure the product matches the invoice (quantity, color, model, defect-free product, boxes from the same batch, etc.). No claims will be accepted after the product is installed. An installed product is considered accepted by you.
Surface preparation: Make sure the installation surface is clean. Depending on the type of wall (drywall, wood, concrete, etc.), choose the appropriate fasteners or adhesives. For shower wall installation, ensure the shower base is installed before installing the shower walls; corner and finishing moldings will be required for the installation.
Installation planning: When planning, we recommend allowing a slight overhang of the PVC panels beyond the shower edge. This adjustment helps protect and preserve the condition of adjacent walls by limiting splashes and moisture. Measure and mark your reference points to ensure straight and even alignment. Check the pattern or direction of the panels if applicable, to achieve a harmonious finish. The panels are designed to interlock with each other using the 'male' and 'female' end principle.
Cutting the panels: PVC panels are easily cut using a suitable tool with a finishing blade to cut the panel to the desired dimensions. Depending on the tool used, allow for the cut according to the blade thickness.
Panel installation: For shower wall installation, start by gluing the corner molding using a multifunctional adhesive; we recommend FT-80 adhesive. Apply bathroom silicone in the inner joint of the corner molding. Then, apply regular beads of FT-80 multifunctional adhesive on the back of the panel. Insert the panel into the inner joint of the corner molding, then press the panel against the wall to ensure good adhesion. Warning: For proper fitting, it is advised to first insert the panels into the corner molding designed for this purpose, rather than starting from the outside of the shower. This approach facilitates installation and contributes to a neater finish. On average, allow about 1.5 tubes of FT-80 per panel for a standard installation. Continue installing the other panels following the same steps.
Finishing and adjustments: For shower wall installation, apply bathroom silicone in the inner joint of the finishing molding and install each finishing molding to cover the edges and ensure a clean appearance. Smooth the silicone joints in the corners and junctions to ensure optimal waterproofing and a neat finish. Clean the panel surfaces with a soft cloth and a neutral cleaner.
Follow the instructions of the products used for the recommended drying time.

Note: Our PVC panels are designed with an integrated male and female interlocking system, allowing for a solid and uniform installation. Although the use of an H molding is not mandatory, it may be recommended for the junction between two PVC shower walls, depending on the desired aesthetic or the installer's finishing preferences.

Processing Time

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Delivery across Quebec (3–14 business days)

We deliver everywhere in Quebec. Delivery fees start at $150 and vary depending on your delivery address and the quantities ordered. Please note that our delivery fees are offered at a preferential rate for online orders.

In-store Pickup (24–48 business hours)

After placing your order online, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please come to the agreed store address. A staff member will explain the procedure to collect your order safely and efficiently.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

In-store returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, products must be returned in person to one of our branches within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions

Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition.
Boxes must be intact and, where applicable, still strapped (not unbound).
No returns will be accepted for items that are unpacked, damaged, or used.
No pickups will be made by our team or by a carrier. Returns must be made exclusively in store by the customer.

Special-order Products

No refunds on special-order products.
No refund of deposit on ordered products. However, your deposit may be applied to any new order. If the ordered products have already arrived or are in transit, an exchange fee of 50% as well as transport fees will be deducted from your deposit.
L’Entrepôt de la Réno does its utmost to provide products within the indicated timeframes (15–20 business days). However, the company disclaims any liability for delays in receiving merchandise or delays affecting your installation work.

In-stock Products

Except for clearance products and lot remainders, returns are accepted without return fees within 30 days from the invoice date, for full, clean boxes only.

Calculation of Required Quantities

The advisors at L'Entrepôt de la Réno can help the customer calculate the necessary product quantities. However, the customer must provide the measurements of the area to be covered and releases the company from any liability regarding errors in quantity calculations.

Receiving Your Order

When you receive an order, whether by delivery or pickup, you must inspect the products upon receipt. If an item is damaged or does not match the ordered product, do not accept the order and inform us immediately. Once the order is accepted, it is considered complete and compliant, and no exchanges or refunds can be made thereafter.

Installation

Before beginning the installation of your product, you or your installer must ensure the product matches the invoice (quantity, color, model, defect-free product, boxes from the same batch, etc.). No claims will be accepted after the product is installed. An installed product is considered accepted by you.

Other

No exchanges or refunds will be accepted on installation products such as adhesive, cement, (etc.) from October 15 to April 15. These types of products are sensitive to freezing.
No price adjustments after purchase.
You have up to one month to cancel an order for in-stock products (except for special orders). After this period, you will lose your deposit.
Storage fees may be charged if the pickup date is exceeded by more than 15 days.
Prices on an in-store quote are guaranteed for a maximum period of 5 days, assuming the merchandise is still available in our warehouses.
All bathtubs, sinks, showers, and kitchen sinks are final sales.
Heating wires and thermostats are final sales.
A fee of 2% per month, up to a maximum of 24% annually, will be added for any overdue account.
