All-in-one fast-setting grout for grout replacement with or without sand - 10 lb bag
Ultracolor Plus FA – with DropEffectMC technology – is a grout without efflorescence, shrinkage-free, uniform color, polymer-modified, fast-setting, with fine aggregate and ultra-premium quality, for joints from 1.5 mm to 19 mm (1/16" to 3/4"). DropEffect technology reduces surface absorption to help repel water and dirt to prevent them from penetrating grout joints. Ultracolor Plus FA is specially formulated with MAPEI's cementitious hyperhydration technology (HCTMC) to eliminate common problems associated with Portland cement-based grouts, such as color inconsistency and efflorescence. In addition to offering higher polymer content, the cementitious hyperhydration technology results in reduced absorptivity and better stain resistance compared to standard quality cementitious grouts.
